It seems as if the buyer of the mp.tf sale cashed out their whole backpack a couple weeks after buying this. While this isn't as clear of a dump as selling to a buy order, the buyer still was not able to sell it and instead opted to sell it in bulk for (presumably) a much lower price.
The biggest reason against this however is the fact that all the items that the buyer cashed out had all been bought in the previous month. This shows that the buyer regretted cashing into TF2, or that they shouldn't of been spending the money in the first place since they had to cash out so soon.
I would leave this outdated until more sales occur.
