This suggestion is a doozy, if there needs to be any clarifications or corrections please let me know! This is more or less my first suggestion in years and my first major suggestion so any help or tips are appreciated.

Payment was done in 4 parts: An initial safety deposit to reserve the hat, a cash payment, pure key payment, and an Unusual payment.

Initial Safety Deposit: This was made to secure the hat, as per terms of the agreement.

(I may add that there was an unusual hot haunted ghosts scattergun (FT) in the trade for that hat, however according to the buyer this was done as an act of good faith so I'm not sure if I can add it to the price)
