30 flat seems a little high given two unsolds at 30, a range of 25-30 would also encompass some possible in-between sales.

This looks like a series of but order dumps. 27 or 30 -> dump -> maybe 30 -> dump, and the 25 sale was a buy order.

The histories/IDs don't match for the 27 Key sale, so without further evidence, it'd be better to wait for more sales before updating this in order for the market to stabilize.
