To use cash sales, you need proof of key price at the time of the sale. Usually this is done by finding successful buyers and sellers on the fourms, but its a bit harder to find historic proof (since this sugg is 2 months old). For that reason I would probably just use 84 as the high-end, I think keys were probably around 1.62-1.65 as a market around then so it wouldn't make a huge difference.
