to be honest you should take the convict cap sale into consideration, unless you have a good reason to exclude it

When an item involved in a sale has an outdated price you should make a mini for it (find sales to prove it's current value, but usually making a full suggestion on it is preferred)

What did you sell the Convict Cap for? The easiest mini is simply what you sold it for.

The 16 sale seems like an outlier, the seller at 9 was there when the 16 mp sale sold https://gladiator.tf/listings/616f351903a8d38377fff0be

Once you have a mini for the convict, you can make a range with 9 and the convict sale.
