Just wanted to add that I got it through a Scrap auction for the mentioned 19 keys (count the top bid) https://scrap.tf/auctions/AKCEL9

the current bid states 16 keys, 57.44 refined, so you got it for ~17 and not 19?

I got it for the 19, count the keys in "Current Top Bid". Scrap adjusts the top bid to current key price (I think?) . But the right amount is always showing in "Current Top Bid".
