PM Topper = 120 + 150 / 2 = 135k

787 + 135 = 922 =~ 920

Current price on the beak is 787 keys. Topper is currently suggested at 120-150, so you take average of that price range, which is 135, as I explained already. That is why I don't understand why you'd put range when using only one sale.
