It seems like the guy that bought it at 40 then used it to overpay very highly for something, and then overpay highly for something else. It was also priced 3 months ago far closer to the low end; as it stands we are not so sure that a big range is justified.

As it stands, I think the prev suggestion's sales from ~3.5 months ago should be used supportively; they were in date when you opened this suggestion.
The buyer from the high end purchase used the motif to overpay for another hat after owning the motif for just a week and a half. We don't think what seems to be an impulse buy is an accurate representation of the hat's value and we argue 22 flat is better, with the older sales used supportively.
