Quite a few buyers at ~17k+, three young sellers at 20k, 25k seller has been unsold for almost a month

I'm inclined to include 16 here given there are so many sales at that price point, and sales up to 23 for the same reason. Excluding 26 because of unsold, and pretty sure that sale was also dumped.
