Claiming that the 19 key sale is a B/O cap is a stretch without proper context. I'll allow it this time, but you should be more specific on your next suggestion:
The steaming degroot(not steaming steel shako) has buyers at 8.7, the steaming steel shako has buyers at 8.6. With the added value of the hatypus and 15 ref it will round up to 19, which makes this close enough.
