going with 24-28, because I feel as if 31.5 is a bit high with current market trends along with buyorders being above 23.5 now

still so weird that the strange normal goes for higher than most strange unusual versions.

Strange Unusual ones can't be used in trade-ups, but just strange ones can

honestly forgot stranges can be traded up, now its not weird.
