untraceable, despite it so obviously looking like 28 keys, none of the histories or near ID matches, then it sold for less than 28 on MP so its highly unlikely it was actually 28

all of the keys come from a random source as well, so a possible explanation is that an invisible middle party bought keys off of marketplace/somewhere else, traded it for the engineer's cap in same day, then for almost 3 weeks it was in an unknown owner's BP until it ended up in the compare link where it landed on the ~18th

if mods want to call it 28 then i'm fine with that, but its unconfirmed without knowing who the buyer was

but seeing as it ended up selling to a user who sold it for less than 28, its likely they dumped it regardless
