    We have 3 sales. Your purchase, Jezzus' purchase (slobek's sale) and slobek's purchase. Slobek's purchase looks like a bulk qs for cash, so that can't be used. That said, I don't feel comfortable raising this to 780 flat with a guaranteed lower sale (bulk qs) and an unconfirmed sale (Jezzus' purchase) that may or may not support the flat value. This will need to be closed unless proof of that sale can be provided.
