The last time the Shahanshah sold was also May 2021 where it was sold with a #69 Medi-Mask for 25 Keys.

While those prices are heavily outdated, our policy surrounding craft # valuations is similar to how we handle spelled sales - if no recent evidence can be provided to give valuations for craft # items, then we treat their prices as the base item's price.

As such (the same decision would be reached even if we used ~13 Keys for each of the #69 items), the person who paid 409 Keys resold this for much much less, thus this will have to remain outdated for now.
