Given the 199 seller sold, and especially since the sale was actually close to 210 keys in value, it calls into question whether the two sales at 212 should still be excluded. 185-210 could work.

Looks like 185 may be a bit low now given buyers now, the initial sales from 184-212 listed in OP are outdated now - the sale at 199 (~200) is in-date. So 200-225 could work potentially.

your sale at 184 appears to actually be for 217 keys + 39 ref rather than 222 keys + 34 ref looking at the first compare therefore 180 - 225 will work here given the new sale provided above
