I don't see where 27 is coming from? Perhaps the buyout of sale 3, but it does not cap here.
You should also report the value for sweets at the time of sale, so 5 keys is a bit too high for the Sneaky Spats at that time https://gladiator.tf/listings/61b4916988b4deef5c15c038
It probably makes sale 3 closer to 25 keys in all.
23 - 25 should be suitable. The buyers appeared afterwards, so resuggesting shouldn't be an issue :D
