Yeah, thats the person selling it to scrap.tf (which also went instantly; its still untradeable in the compare so it sold as soon as it became tradeable). Likely someone that did not even bother to check the classifieds as he sold it to a third party service that paid less than bot buyers here. Usually when it moves that fast through such a service, it ends up being on the low side.

Since there's nothing else supporting a drop is needed here, it is likely the update as proposed here is too harsh.
