@Sheen, the suggestions you are seeing with 1.33-1.44 happens when they are accepted, but the items still show as being priced on backpack.tf as a Random Craft Hat (if you hover over the item's image, so that you can see price in $ and the stats links, history links etc). Hope that helps!
