Given the 310 -> 190 dump happened after 3 months, that's long enough to not necessarily invalidate 310. The Hazmat sale is ~293 Keys.

It looks like the number of Keys in Sale 5 is closer to 100 (the extra 50 Keys in the buyer's compare were used for the Crone's, and some of the 100 went to other quicksell.store bots).

Considering buy orders were 252 Keys at the time, I highly doubt the sale was 224 Keys total - https://gladiator.tf/listings/61407a63e6199a1ec36a823f

You should confirm with the buyer as to how many Keys were involved, since that'll affect your low end here.

Failed to get confirmation. Ill exclude 310, it was 340 without cap anyway, so the 3+ month later dump is the final push for me to exclude.
