Buyers at 54 now, maybe range 67 - 75? idk

Okay so we're dealing with the market from mid october to early january. At that time, this value was definitely fine, and an improvement over current. While Im not opposed to 50-75, I don't think it is factually better, especially since we also have a lower sale here that is already being excluded.

Using buyers from now to selectively exclude sales in a market where they were not present makes no sense; they are completely unrelated to the market back then.

The problem with these is that they were left open for too long, which is something we probably need to change as it is getting out of hand how long some suggestions stay open; anything we see now is probably too far away from the sales back then. With that in mind Im going to accept this one as better than current. Its value will display it was set 3 months ago, at which time this value was definitely fine. This may actually beat resuggesting now and having it appear as if the sales here are fresh for a possible 4 key difference
