You can't pull that range out of nowhere

You cannot have a range from one sale. If the sale has a specific value, then that's the price you'd need to suggest this Hunter at.

However, given the Winter Woodsman and Bullet Buzz are both outdated - their prices are older than 3 months - and the Didgeridrongo is outdated, you'll need to find sales for those before you can price this.
