Since 20-44 would be too wide, and 20 is at buyers atm, going with 27-44, open to revision.

With how wildly the sales differ, since 20 and 27 were buy order sales while 44 is ruled high from the sellers, it'd probably be better to just leave this unpriced until more stable sales occur.
