    Don't want to be too anal about it but this is the preferred location for suggesting war paints etc. This is sometimes a case by case basis where you can premium search the skin, check what state the item itself is in and suggest accordingly.

    As you can see, the paint in prem search and when not in fallback is under the "Decorated Weapon" tag.

    You're going to need some proof of $1.6 being the PayPal key price. Check cash forums and recent reps for any proof, might even be able to check the recent ref suggestion and steal some data from there.
