1st sale -> quicksell
3rd sale -> outdated Vintage Tyrolean price
Pricing at 550 keys
3rd sale would cap at 650 anyway, so 550-650 imo, but wait for a price mod.
It would be best if you could provided a link to the specific page of the item on market.swap.gg to show the sale was 400€.
In sale 3, the value for the Roboactive Vintage Tyrolean is outdated, so you will need to make a mini by looking at in-date sales (past 3 months) for that item, such as the ones in this history: https://backpack.tf/item/5711298084 - you shouldn't be excluding it unless there are no sales to mini the Tyrolean. As hollowka mentioned, sale 3 had a buyout of 650 keys: https://gladiator.tf/listings/61f299e904ae671a04de2556, so if you could find a sale where the Tyrolean sold for ~212+, it would easily cap at that.
That said, I can still see 550 flat working here, given the first sale is significantly lower, and the third sale higher, so in theory you could exclude both (as there is no clear indication that 285 is quicksell).
market.swap.gg doesn't have that functionality, so I can't add a link to it, I only have a transaction receipt in my purchase history, since I was the buyer.
I do agree that 3rd sale is higher than 2nd sale and should be included, however I couldn't find any decent trade for Roboactive Vintage Tyrolean as it was always included in bundle deals, these past sales. I guess, I should wait for a valid sale of Tyrolean and submit this suggestion again.
It would be great if you could take a screenshot of the transaction receipt, otherwise there would be no real proof for that sale.
If there are no usable sales for the Tyrolean mini, 550 flat as you've suggested would work for now - but please include the sales you've looked at for the Tyrolean to show that they are not usable.

Note that it wouldve needed to be ~310 to cap, not ~210 (as mentioned in the comments), and I don't see any indication that it should logically be that much, so assuming a cap without a mini will not work.
That being said, the sale seems to support 550 more than it supports the other sale, so it actually helps the suggestion here as a tiebreaker between the two ends.
