With the 3 sales being 3000 -> Cotton Head -> Adding a bunch for a Gold Pan (this isn't a bulk sale), 3000 flat will be too high here.

The Cotton Head's only other sale is much lower than 3000, further supporting 3000 flat being too high.
You'll need to update several hats in the Pan sale to use it, so that'll need to be done before this hat can be updated.

since there haven't been any other sales on the cotton, that should be fine yeah
I saw you bought it as part of a bulk trade for golden pan, that can be excluded right?
sale is bulky yeah but given the pan is being updated to 3000 the sale will definitely be below 3000. since i own it now, i won't be handling this suggestion
