It seems that 5 keys went to buying a strange L'etranger from a bot, all sell orders on that item are 4.18 keys (https://backpacktf.trade/stats/Strange/Professional%20Killstreak%20L'Etranger/Tradable/Craftable) or so, and the seller received some additional refined as well as the item which matches up as to why only 120 keys appears.

Unlikely this will be enough.
The only one recently sold is this duped one, however there are clean ones the backpacks of active users, so a clean one may appear on the market at any time.
On top of that a single sale is usually not enough.
I purchased one on the SCM for $249.98 on Mar 7.
