There's some more info on the details at the bottom of my comment there, but the main reasons why 1100 is obviously not right to use here are

- Its outdated (even though it appears in-date, its 5 months old)

- The suggestion on it was probably too high already when that happened (2 unusable sales would've very likely been much lower)

- All new sales on it are much lower (~400-700 regions, granted the 400 is not directly usable)

- One of these new sales is the buyer in this trade dumping it to a bot (the bot resold it for ~750 so his purchase was even lower)

Because the person that got it in this trade dumped it to a bot for pure, it should not be valued at more than he resold it for to that bot for the purpose of this suggestion, since that was his pure expectation for the stormy 13th salty, and therewith shows his pure expectations from the knifestorm salty. So if you wish to use this sale to update this, you must find out how much scrapyard paid (NOT what he sold for, but what he paid), as that is the amount it was flipped for after the knifestorm sale.
