but hold on, if the seller was willing to take 30 at one point, wouldn't that make 39 a bit high?
It just shows that 30 was too low to begin with. This is pretty much the example we use to say that pure sales (most of the times) shouldn't be capped at a B/O: seller sets a B/O, gets offered more than that (often by several buyers) and ends up selling for more than the initial B/O in full pure.
