Looks like 49, Those 13 Keys and some ref were for the kabuto (https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198135388328#!/compare/1642464000/1642550400) but seller confirmed it was 50 (https://imgur.com/a/3YTBpBJ)

The sale from scrap.tf that just went out of date was the toadstool and a sunbeams pampered for what looks like ~64 keys, which is low given buy orders for both hats total more.
