Marketplace Sale:
https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/31097;5;u144 - Sold 99.99 on Feb 10
https://manic.tf/keyprice/?site=marketplace.tf&at=2022-02-10&price=99.99
$99.99 / $1.78 = 56.17 keys ~ 56
Going 56 flat
If two of them were listed for 38 then this sure shouldn't be raised by this sale alone.
Be aware that the market at the time of your sales is not influenced by buyers from now, so you cannot selectively chop off your entire low end based on them. Buyers havent been the reliable source of a threshold value they used to be in the past for a while now, as bots tend to temporarily shift the entire buyers section with overcutting scripts. At the time of these sales, this obviously needed a drop.
In cases like this, it is better to wait for more sales, than to update it by only using the highest of all the sales you have based on (unreliable) buyers from much later.
