The range here is too unbalanced, as we are excluding 3 sales on the low end and 1 on high end. Typically we want to exclude a roughly equal number of sales from both sides. 70 - 120 is wide, but excludes it 1 on each side. You could also do 75 - 90 which excludes 2, or 70 - 90 on the argument that 70 is very close to 75.

Any of these 3 are better than 90 - 120 imo, feel free to pick and justify whichever one you want to go for.

Circling TF Logo Brotherhood of Arms (68, 4 months) + 2x Bubbling Whoopee Cap (10 bo x2) + 2x Blizzardy Storm Bloke's Bucket Hat (20 bo x2, all sales on this hat are >1 month old anyway) = 128, rounding to 130 here. I don't imagine both low tiers would sell for more than a key more than bo's, so it would round similarly. Second sale is also lower.

I think the higher 120+ sales should be accounted for in the range here, so 70-120 is the only balanced range that achieves this. Running with 70-120 as Xergoyf mentioned.
