Those are just buyers (which tend to be lower than average), plus its weird to value keys below what buyers are at (I mean, a buyer at 1,55 means you can instantly get that much for it). Making a range with lower buyers makes no sense.

Generally, you rely on sellers, and look for ones that show successful sales on them
