If it sold for 105, this should be 105 flat.

where's this range from?

He's selling it for 145, so I can only assume he put it in because that's what he wants? But that ain't no make no sense.

I could have consider about my suggestion harder, now that I'm thinking about it the price for 145 is unreasonably high, in my opinion I would make my suggestion 100 - 125

That is not how price suggestions work. You only use sales. In this case, your purchase is the only sale, so you would suggest 105 keys only as that is the price you paid.

Honestly, this is my first suggestion I ever made... And I tried to search some guides for how this really works.

Yeah the suggestion guides on the forums are a bit of a mess, it’s got a lot of old rules at the top then up to date rules closer to the bottom of the forum post so it can be confusing.

But suggestions are honestly really simple, you just use the prices of sales that you can find, and if there are multiple (for example; 1 trade at 105 keys, 1 trade at 120 keys) then you would use a price range of 105-120.

Single sales like this right here, you just use the one sale you have which is 105 keys.

If you close this out and resuggest at 105 keys it will be fine to leave it at that. If there are more trades/sales then a range would be needed in that case.

It sold for 105, therefore, it should be 105. No wacky "105-145" or "100-125" ranges you pulled out of your ass.
