Slow-roasted rat ribs

1. Acquire rat ribs

2. Baste in Phil’s BBQ, wrap in foil and throw on the grill for 2 hours at 300

3. Remove from grill, throw a huge chunk of butter in there, rewrap and throw back on the grill at 300 for 15 minutes

4. Serve with more bbq sauce and cornbread
