You cannot pull a range from your one sale. You must prove current values for items with outdated values.
I don't get what you mean, I am merely valuating the item based on how much it was sold. The range is due to the prices of the offered items being averaged.
This is not how unusual suggesting works, to determine the value of an item you must look at past sales for that hat, sellers and buyers alone are not sufficient. Ranges are only used when more than one sale for the Cannonball is being considered.
