Some Items arent propperly Pirced yet therefore the value was suggested by looking ad Buy Orders and Sell orders as well as recent and older sales.
Tahts why it is a Pirce range and not a fixed price due to some items beeing not priced in the trade.

can't make a range with one sale, you take the average price of each item and add them all up. Also for the items that are unpriced or have outdated values, you should look at sales rather than sellers/buyers
