Buyout prices stick at around 21 keys 52 ref with some dipping below that, with the only current sell order sitting at 22 keys 49 ref. Price of this hat does not seem very stable, but the old price does not reflect current value.

First off, since you sold yours for for 24 keys, you should make your range's max be 24, not 23. When pricing an unusual, you typically dont factor in buy/sell orders unless the sale is suspicious or an outlier. Additionally, paints don't really add value to unusuals, so you don't factor that in either.

Just your sale would put this at 24 keys as you posted in the picture, but you also have to include all sales in the last 3 months of this item. Another sale for this would be when you bought it back on the 18th of March.

Look through all of them, find what they bought/sold for, then post compare as evidence. If you can't find what they were bought/sold for, say its "Untrace". Then at the end, determine the best price range for this item.
