Another user has 2 Self Made Keys, A more recent key was obtained via gambling, his older one was bought on SCM for around 250 keys last year according to him.

Worth noting that I have contacted three current owners of self made keys, one of them having two, one of them being the owner of a specialized killstreak self made key. All of them have been acquired way before the compare link I posted in the suggestion.
