You can't have a range with one sale. you need to use the average item value , and those will most likely add up to under buyers. I see no need to reprice to under buyers. Also all the prices you used are outdated, you would need to mini those hats.
Also I doubt that compares are showing everything, can't imagine that hana sold for that cheap. Might be wise to ask the people involved in the trade for the exact trade.

seller said it shows it, he confirmed he only did that single trade.
Given how I asked the seller myself and they said it was not complete, safe to assume its not, aswell as I looked at the compare again and 165 keys match, the true sale would also include those and possibly more given Hana sells stuff quick enough to not appear in histories, without screenshots this would be impossible to price.
Nor would Hana sell the crones for that low to begin with
