1 out of 12 hats have been sold for 105 keys, buy orders are going for 65. the rate of which the items are sold and bought for are over the buy order amount so the correct estimate should be around 95 -105 keys https://ibb.co/kJxfn1n

You must account for other recent sales

the 11 other owners are not active in trading their hat. the latest other person other then me that was online was yesterday and the owner information is witheld

You need premium to check all hats that are in existant, and there's fair amount of them active and in-date so you need to cover the rest of the sales.

yes they were active however there werent any active transactions between some of them, i disregard the ones over a month or so while the one i reccomend in the comments is the only know active trade which was for 90 keys I also just bought premium to even look for myself >.>

The cut-off time for Unusual sales is 3 months, not 1 month. Also even if the sales aren't usable you should still provide the compare links since it proves you checked everything

Your first sale only shows 90 keys were traded. Any evidence of 95?

You also need to put other recent sales into your range too.

the evidence was in the sale between me and beeee bot apart of the first response, sale of 105, adding the other sale of 90 to the mix it would eqate 95, however i agree i should look up more sales give me a minute.

You shouldn't be averaging out sales. If you have a sale at 90 and an other at 105, you should make a range of 90-105 keys

I uploaded the average before I went and bought premium to check. I agree

just some information i hoped to show as new findings are being found. as well as wishing an admin or so can change the price from 95 - 100!

if you want to re-suggest you can close this one yourself and then remake the suggestion.

for the range though, 95 - 100 will not work here since there are no sales provided at either of those prices
