Generally, availability at a lower price will counter past sales.

^ this, albeit it was a relatively new listing and it looks like the seller changed their b/o to 900 shortly after i linked it here, so was something to take into account but not as much anymore

Compares here show 613 keys (histories match based on random sampling), so you'd need hard evidence of 750.

There's also a listing with a buyout of 720, so I think 850 is not representative absent further proof.
