I couldn't find a mini for this specific pyromancer's, but we can reasonably assume it's not going to be lower than it's current price (710 Keys).
If this sale were to be valid, it would be valued at 710 Keys minimum. It did however get dumped for less(the softcap sale specifically, so 710 -> 590), so we can reasonably exclude it here.
Still, this sale does support 700 as not being high, so this suggestion looks fine as it is right now.
