Backpack.tf Classifieds show bot's buy orders at 8.48 keys. There was one sell order for 12 keys by a bot as well that I bought.

On Marketplace.tf there are two Listings for $49.44 USD (50/1.78 = 28 keys).

There are no Steam Market Listings for this particular unusual effect.

You can't use buy orders in your range, sales only

Unusuals should be rounded to the nearest half key (for unusuals under 10 keys), and to the nearest key above that.
