Unfortunately due to the item history bug, a proper mini on the GE Gym Rat is not possible. But by looking at the buyers(29) and sellers(32), it's safe to assume that it falls anywhere between these two.

This puts this new sale anywhere between 38 and 41 Keys. Given how long this suggestion has been up for -- something I want to apologize for by the way -- I'm willing to call this as close enough. With the side-note, however, that this hat will be considered as outdated in any new sale involving it.
