The hat with this effect is really strange to see compared to the other ones, in general the unusual Hot Dogger with good effects is really scarce.

In fact, 19 of them exist and compared to the Aces High that 42 Of them exists actually (Spotted by Backpack.tf Atleast), it's weird that it has almost the same price as a Aces High one.

Pls read the rules for creating price suggestions. What you're saying is useless since you don't have any proof of sales.
