- Exclude outliers. Anything much higher than sellers will be too high (for example sales at 50 ref will be too high (and should be excluded) if people are selling it for 45 ref) likewise anything much lower than buyers will be too low (for example sales at 30 ref when bots instantly pay 35 ref should be excluded)

- Try and match sales to the classifieds
- Look at other people's non-unusual suggestions
- Use sales within the past 30 days
