The PE Commander not having an in-date sale isn't a valid reason to not use Sale 2, given you could just look at a slightly older sale (at 4 months for example, or even use outdated since it's a small part of the trade) - that said, you could argue the sale could be better used on the DBD Antlers since it's a bigger part of the trade.

Burning Flames Soldier's Stash (1125) + Burning Flames Exquisite Rack (1350) = 2475 keys

2475 - 500 = 1975 keys, the Stash and Rack are both duped here so not sure if they would be considered overvalued (but the cleans have been rising in value ever since)

But either way that sale supports a higher value here overall.
