Concluding thoughts

With the only usable sales from the last 3 months being the ones above, I am inclined to take a range of 29 - 33 here, excluding 26 as it was below buyers for a lot of the last 3 months. Excluding 42 for being higher than sellers and the market being so bad on MP as well.
