This actually wasn't capped at a 45 Key B/O, for the simple reason that TX- is not whitelisted. Therefore, he couldnt've sold it on marketplace.

By taking TX-'s steam profile ID and trying to make a shop link like this ( https://marketplace.tf/shop/76561197976086638 ), you can notice that it redirects you to nowhere, which means he is not whitelisted. (thanks to lemons for the tip, i didn't know this myself until today lol)

What likely happened here is that he sold it to someone else for an untraceable amount around february(I tried tracing it, couldn't find anything unfortunately: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197976086638#!/compare/1643932800/1644105600 ), and the buyer listed it on marketplace before having their inventory be traced. As a result, this sale does not have a capped B/O since the 83 key seller was a different person.

This should be resuggested accordingly.
