given that this new sale is definitely going to be valued below 250 keys here given sellers on the blast defence are at 275 keys it would be best to exclude the 250 sale here since it ended up reselling for less.

feel free to re-suggest this with a flat value using this new sale since it should be valid given the scotch bonnet accounts for quite a bit over 50% of the trade value here. the 250 key sale should be excluded though since it sold for less. closing this one for now
